Welcome to OneTab DashBoard ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web-based tool ("Software"). By accessing or using our Software, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. License & Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.
One license per device – You may use the Software on only one device per purchase.
Reselling, redistribution, or modification of the Software is strictly prohibited.
You must not use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

2. Purchases & Payments

The Software is offered under a freemium model, with a one-time purchase required to access premium features. All payments are processed securely via Gumroad.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for premium purchases.
All refund requests are managed directly by Gumroad as per their refund policy.
Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as-is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure at all times.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
